In my former nursing career ,I have helped people through times of stress and change,such as pregnancy, childbirth, emotional and physical problems.

I recognise the how demanding modern living affects our lives.By treating the whole person not only the symptoms it is possible to identify the areas of imbalance and assist in the healing process.

Professional and friendly. I practice Aromatherapy and Reflexology and Hopi Ear Candling usually from home, but I am able to visit your place of work for Shoulder and Neck massages, to help the busy office worker.

With flexible appointment times and the facility to travel throughout the Oxford area, I offer my Massage Therapy and Reflexology treatments to clients at home or at work.

Consultations will be carried out in my comfortable relaxing Therapy Room at home.
